Project Description:
Check out this recent commercial renovation project undertaken on behalf of ITAS Accounting in Fairview, Dublin.
An interior designer had created a vision for their office renovation to incapsulate the changing needs of their business:
- To facilitate more staff working in the same area
- To improve the layout to give people more space
- To create a better working environment
- To improve the meeting room facilities
- To bring the company brand more into the day to day operations of the business.
Office Renovation
The GT Carpentry team were delighted to bring this vision to reality with a complete refurbishment of the office from start to finish.
The project included a striking feature wall with fitted units as well as a recessed screen and storage units in the alcoves, to help keep paperwork out of site and give the space a more professional feel.
The bathrooms, internal doors, skirting boards, frames and signage were all upgraded and freshly painted with new carpets laid as well.
All of the lights in the office were upgraded to more energy efficient and more functional LED lighting and more energy saving storage heaters were integrated to make the space more comfortable.
Fantastic Results
The client is delighted with the final result of their office renovation – a great new working environment that can be enjoyed by all of the staff members for years to come.
Time To Complete
4 – 5 weeks. Staff all worked remotely while the works were completed. The demolition began just before Christmas, and the project took most of the month of January.
