If you don’t have your drawings yet we can recommend an experienced draftsman, architect or an engineer to help you put your drawings together.
Initial Call
Once we receive your enquiry we will arrange to call out to your property at a time that suits you. We’ll go over what you have in mind, help to evaluate your plans and review the process with all parties involved.
Costings & Timeline
We then use our evaluation to provide you with detailed, itemised costings, schedule of works, estimated timelines and payment plans for your project and arrange a time to sit down with you and explain it all.
Getting Started
We meet once more then to finalise all of the finer details, set our start date then we get to work. Our small, reliable and experienced team of professionals get to work on your project.

Absolutely! Our goal is your peace of mind so we let our customers and our past work do the talking for us. If you’d like, we’ll get in touch with our previous customers who have had works done that are similar to yours, let them know you’ll be calling and give you their contact details so you can speak to them directly.
Can you help us make sure we maximise our natural light?
Everyone needs natural light. It makes you feel better, opens up your spaces and makes your living areas liveable places you want to spend your time. We’ll look at the position of your house and where gets the most light at different times of the day and we’ll advise on the positioning of all windows, doors, roof windows, and glass units to maximise your natural lighting.
Will your work disturb our neighbours?
All of our team and the subcontractors we work with are very conscious of making sure we don’t disturb your neighbours. We understand that you have to live with them long after we’re gone and we do everything in our power to make sure that we don’t do anything to make them unhappy.
